The article published on the website guardian.co.uk on April 25, 2013 is headlined  Sundance festival is still making magic.
It was written by Ben Walters and dedicated to Sundance Film Festival. Frankly speaking it's a program of the Sundance Institute, is an American film festival that takes place annually in Utah. It is necessory to say that it is one of the largest independent film festivals in the United States.
The festival's director, John Cooper said that its aim is unchanged – to uncover new talent and stories. A former Broadway tap dancer, Cooper, 56, cuts an easy figure when we meet in the tea room of the Langham hotel. He wears an elegant black sweater draped over his shoulders. It's clear and the author of thу article emphasize that Cooper doesn't lok like as a director of the festival, but nevertheless how charming he is! He lets the film menegers do their work. He likes new ideas. When the organizators say they want to take the film festival to London and Cooper got behind it.
Certainly, when Redford set up an organisation to promote independent American cinema, it was a radical thing for a Hollywood star to do. He founded the Sundance Institute to promote independent film-making, and it took over the festival in 1985.
The importance of the festival is great. Sundance became a US cinema powerhouse, helping to launch the careers of Jim Jarmusch, Steven Soderbergh and Quentin Tarantino, among many others, creating seminal training schemes (or "labs") and seeing titles it premiered receive major distribution deals and Oscar recognition.
Cooper once exclaimed that its main mission is developing artists, but also developing audiences. I think it's a principally nes approach to cinematography!  There's a move away from simply showcasing. I like Cooper's saying where he told about the impulse for why they do it, why they think these films are important, introducing new talent and new stories to the rest of the world.
In conclusion I'd like to say that Sundance Film Festival takes an extraodinary place among other film festivals. I like the Cooper's approach to the festival's organization, it's really interesting and amuzing.

The article published on the website guardian.co.uk on April 18, 2013 is headlined Jennifer Lawrence among Time's 100 most influential people. It was written by Henry Barnes and dedicated to the annual Time's magazine TOP 100 list.

The author of the article emphasized that Jennifer Lawrence, Daniel Day-Lewis and Steven Spielberg have been named amongst the most influential people in the world by Time magazine.

The author somehow tried to analyse this TOP List. He told about Lawrence, this year's best actress Oscar-winner, and used in his article the opinion of Jodie Foster. She characterized Lawrence as a variously "ballsy", "a spritely tomboy", "a hoot" and "a gem with a killer stare".

Also Day-Lewis, another 2013 Oscar winner, is mentioned in the article. He won Oscar thanks to his role in Spielberg's Lincoln biopic. It's interesting that he film's scriptwriter Tony Kushner described him as "a deep-sea creature who's unexpectedly approachable and thoroughly delightful company". "The power and grace of Daniel's performances seem to emanate from something he's made contact with, deep within, intensely private and specific to his experience but also mysteriously universal" .

It should be mantioned that The list is not ranked, but is divided into the categories Titans, Leaders, Pioneers, Icons and Artists.Neither Lawrence nor Spielberg (Artists both) have made it onto the Icon list. Day-Lewis shares that honour with Beyonce, Justin Timberlake and Kate Middleton.

Personally I think that it is necessory to make such lists. To my mind it may somehow motivate the celebrities to be better, to develop themselves, to rich publicity.

The article published on the website guardian.co.uk on April 18, 2013 is headlined Why is it the men who are the kooky ones in comedies these days?. It was written by Catherine Shoard and dedicated to romantic comedies.
It's a very good idea of proposing to watch the trailer to the film Love Is All You Need. I think in such a way the reader of the article os absorbed with the content.
at this article the author mentioned several ramcoms such as:Love is All You Need (with so celebrated actor Pierce Brosnan), I Know Where I'mGoing, Failure to Launch, Crazy Stupid Love, The Five-Year Engagement, Silver Linings.

I think that the man's role in ramcoms is really important. For example Pierce Brosnan in Love is All You Need. He is a wildly successful vegetable magnate, persistently hit on by beautiful women, with a sweet son, swish penthouse in the city, whopping pad in the country. Certainly his role is great!

Also the author trieв to analyse the two ramcoms: Love is All You Need and Silver Linings Playbook (that did so well at the Oscars). The author emphasized that It is because they are both romcoms in which it is the man who needs to find his marbles. These films reflected a world in which men rescued women, saw past their failings and loved them regardless of their daftness.Dressing the romcom up like a drama makes it respectable.
It is necessory to say that Just three romantic comedies have done well at the Oscars over the last 40 years: Silver Linings, As Good as it Gets (Jack Nicholson rejects his meds) and Annie Hall (Woody Allen out-kooks Diane Keaton). I think it's because of its unseriousness and easiness.
As an ordinary lady I sometimes watch ramcoms, because when I'm boring they elevate me. I think that the author titled her articke with the question delibarately, because she wanted everybody to think over it.

Individual Reading Part 1 (1-10)

One day, a writer, the narrator of the novel, came to Mrs.Strickland's house. She liked to keep a good house, especially writers. The writer and Mrs Stricland found many themes for discussions and as a result they became close friends. He found out about her husband, who was a stockbroker out of the conversation to Mrs Stricland.
The situation at Streckland's family was dismal. Some times later Mrs.Strickland told the writer that her husband left their family and moved to Paris with another woman. She asked him to go to Paris to talk to her husband, to bring him back to the family. The narrator could not refuse.
